为更好地服务会员及提升会所环境，卡城江浙上海联谊会拟对会所进行装修，现公开邀请符合资格的装修公司参加此次装修工程的竞标。
招标内容
本会会所（地址：114 3 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0B6）将进行全面的装修工程，具体内容包括但不限于内部装潢、设施升级及环境优化。
资格要求
1. 参与竞标的公司必须在阿尔伯塔省卡尔加里市注册。
2. 参与竞标的公司需从事装修服务满18个月。
前来竞标的公司需带上以下材料
1. 营业执照
2. 相关案例说明
3. 至少一个客户的推荐信

有意参加本次竞标的公司请于2024年8月9日（星期五）下午一点准时到卡城江浙上海联谊会会所听取详细的招标说明并进行实地勘测。

Clubhouse Renovation Tender Announcement
To better serve our members and improve the clubhouse environment, the Calgary Jiang Zhe Shanghai Association is planning to renovate our clubhouse. We are now openly inviting qualified renovation companies to participate in the bidding for this renovation project.
Tender Content
Our clubhouse (address: 114 3 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0B6) will undergo a comprehensive renovation. The specific contents include but are not limited to interior decoration, facility upgrades, and environmental optimization.
Qualification Requirements
1. Bidding companies must be registered in Calgary, Alberta.
2. Bidding companies must have been engaged in renovation services for at least 18 months.
Bidding companies are required to bring the following materials
1. Business license
2. Relevant case descriptions
3. At least one client recommendation letter
Tender Briefing and On-Site Inspection
Interested companies are requested to arrive at the Calgary Jiang Zhe Shanghai Association clubhouse at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024, for a detailed tender briefing and on-site inspection.
